1. Sales Manager

Location: UK, India, USA, Remote


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue and make a huge impact on caofficeautomation’s growth, By developing/maintaining customer relationships and positioning our products in the market.
  • Inbound and Outbound customer calls and converts them into sales.
  • Ready to work in UK/US Shift.
  • Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases.
  • Research on different tools to increase sales and business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing product.
  • Regular follow up with new and existing customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-6 years of experience in Inside Sales/telesales experience in a B2B environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets.
  • Consistent track record of achieving sales target (monthly/quarterly), preferably from the IT Sales background.
  • Experience in selling Software products/Services in the past preferred.
  • The successful candidates will have demonstrated perseverance, motivation, diligence with attention to detail.

2. Product Support Specialist:

Location: UK, India, USA, Remote


Role and Responsibilities:

  • The Product Support Specialist has primary responsibility for a variety of support functions, assisting users, deployment, set-up, User training of our products in a congenial, fast-paced call-center environment.
  • In addition to direct customer support functions, the Product Support Specialist works with Product Analysts to assist with the development, testing, and maintenance of software.
  • Ready to work in UK/US/AUS Shift.
  • Regular follow up with new and existing customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with customers to resolve complex inquiries
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or other related field

  • SEO & Online Presence Manager has primary responsibility to create and manage Product & Company presence online.
