We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Executive who can provide technical support, product training, and pre-sales demonstrations to our international clients for the CAOA software platform. You will be the first point of contact for client queries and will play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to international clients via email, chat, and remote sessions.
- Conduct product training sessions and onboarding demos for new clients using CAOA software.
- Deliver pre-sales demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing product features and capabilities.
- Communicate professionally with clients across different time zones and cultures.
- Document support tickets, solutions, and client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal product and development teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CAOA product updates, features, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — professional email writing is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first, professional approach.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of SaaS platforms and accounting workflows.
- Experience in software support, helpdesk, or a customer success role is preferred.
- Ability to conduct clear, confident product demonstrations to international audiences.
- Comfortable working across different time zones (UK / US shifts may be required).
We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to generate revenue and make a huge impact on CA Office Automation's growth. You will develop and maintain customer relationships, position our products effectively in the market, and convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term clients. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is ready to work in UK/US shift timings.
- Generate revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities for CAOA products.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, qualifying leads and converting them into active sales.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and account management.
- Position CAOA products effectively in the market against competitors.
- Maintain, build, and regularly update calling and mailing databases.
- Research and evaluate different tools and strategies to improve sales performance and business development.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Coordinate with the product and support teams for demos, proposals, and post-sales handoffs.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Proven track record in B2B software or SaaS sales, preferably in accounting or professional services markets.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — ability to engage decision-makers confidently.
- Willingness and availability to work in UK/US shift timings.
- Target-oriented mindset with demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to manage and update structured calling/mailing databases consistently.
- Self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
